This is James, we estimate he is around 8 or 9 years old. A family of 3 boys were found by the social welfare office, living in appalling conditions following the death of their father 7 years ago and their mother 4 years ago. James is brother to Asha and both of them were being looked after by their oldest brother who was just 16.
