Brian Newham is once again running back to back marathons for Mpika, on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Please support him with sponsorship, any amount appreciated, either directly in the shop, via Paypal on the website, or by sending us a pledge by email. Brian is a great supporter who is also helping to organise our first ever Challenge Walk in 2017.

Mpika is aiming to revive the Harden Hard’un on Saturday 8th July 2017. This is a

challenge walk which ran for 27 years, the last one taking place in

2014. We hope to raise money primarily through entry fees, with

some walkers raising sponsorship and other events on the day. In

return we will give walkers a fine day out in the hills.

Keep the date!

Our latest 40 ft container left for Zambia on 3 December. This year we sent the best ever quality of goods including a massive amount of lovingly sorted and packed shoes, bedding and clothing, a new 18kg washing machine, double electric range cooker, hundreds of tools, gifts and gift boxes for the children, staff and farmers. We would like to thank all our generous supporters for their hard work and donations.

THANK YOU!
