For the children of Mpika, Zambia, from the heart of Queensbury, Bradford
Welcome and Mwaiseni to Mpika Village of Hope Charity, supporting the children of Mpika in Zambia.
Our charity shop is based in Black Dyke Mills, in the heart of Queensbury, Bradford and is one of the largest in the UK!
Proceeds from our sales and events provide much needed shelter, education and food for orphaned children in the village of Mpika. Giving them improved quality of life, promoting independence through education and encouraging self-sufficiency through farming practices.
We receive some amazing donations including vintage clothing and accessories, antique books, DVDs, vinyl records, furniture, toys, crockery and even a couple of Millenium Falcons!
Come and have a browse and find a treasure to take home!
We’re open Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 3:45pm
Please note we only accept donations on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
All items should be in a clean, saleable condition. We are not currently accepting books, DVD’s and CD’s due to a large backlog. If you have furniture items to donate, please call us on 01274 945670 to confirm if we can take it. Thank you 🙂
We look forward to seeing you in the shop soon!
